'53 Corvette Roadster

Body paint: white + little yellow + pearl

The 1953 Corvette was the first year of production for the world famous Chevy sports car.
A visually striking automobile, it represented a milestone in the development of the advanced
styling and technology of today's Vette. The revolutionary fiberglass body has become a Corvette
hallmark. In 1954, the car competed in the Carrera Panamericana Road Race, the first time a
Corvette had ever taken part in a race. (from the kit box)

Subaru Impreza WRC 2001

Subaru made this car for the 2001 World Rally Championship. They used four-door sedan body
equipped with a powerful horizontally opposed 4 cylinder turbo engine. The unique appearance
of the car was highlighted by small compound headlights, spoiler attached to the extreme rear
and blister-style fenders. Richard Burns with three other drivers took the championship.
This model is dedicated to Richard Burns who died of a brain tumor and inspired me with
what the rally is.
