'66 Volkswagen Karmann-Ghia Coupe

This stylish coupe was produced under contact for Volkswagen in the early 1950s.
The German company Karmann constructed the body, which was designed by the Italian firm Ghia.
The chassis was based on a modified version of the popular and efficient Beetle, and featured
an air-cooled horizontally-opposed, 4-cylinder engine mounted in the rear. Debuting in 1955,
the sporty yet elegant style and reliable Volkswagen parts ensured an immensely popular
